AI receptionists · South Wales
Every call answered, even mid blow-dry.
AI receptionists and automation for UK businesses. It picks up while your hands are busy, books the slot, and tells you who rang.
That is a real number. It answers in a second, and if you ask, it tells you straight that it is software.
Set up in five days · £99 a month · no contract
Nine in the evening, answered at nine in the evening
Hiya, any chance of a gel refill this week?
We could do Thursday at 2, or Friday morning - which suits?
Thursday's perfect x
Booked, Thursday at 2. I have put it in the diary and Kelly will see it.
What you get
Four jobs, off your plate.
Start with the phone. Most owners add the second one inside a fortnight, once they stop flinching every time it rings.
01
It answers the phone.
A voice receptionist picks up on the first ring, day or night. It knows your prices and your hours, books the slot straight into your calendar, and sends you the caller as a tidy note.

It answers the messages.
The same receptionist on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and the chat on your site. The nine-in-the-evening question gets a proper answer at nine in the evening instead of Tuesday.

It looks like a business.
A site that loads fast on a phone and says what you do, what it costs and how to book. New build, or a tidy-up of the one you have.
04
It does the paperwork.
The rest of the week that is not the job itself: follow-ups after a visit, the weekly numbers, the calendar kept in step, quotes chased without you chasing them.
How it works
Live in five days, without you doing much.
The whole setup costs you one phone call and one test. Nothing to install, nothing to learn, and no new app on your phone.
Day one
A phone call, twenty minutes.
You tell me what people ring about, what you charge, and the three questions you are sick of answering.
Day 2-3
I build it.
Your prices, your hours, your booking system. It speaks the way you would, not the way a call centre would.
Day four
You ring it yourself.
You test it like an awkward customer. Anything that sounds wrong, I change that afternoon.
Day five
It goes live.
Either it takes every call, or only the ones you cannot reach. Your number stays your number.
Price
£99 a month. Nothing before that.
Setup is free and so is the first month. You pay once it has been answering your phone for four weeks and you have decided you want to keep it. One missed booking a month covers it.
No contract, no setup fee, no per-minute charge that quietly doubles the bill in December.
per month
What is included
- Setup, wiring and the writing: free
- First month: free, working, no card taken
- Unlimited calls and messages answered
- Bookings straight into your calendar
- Changes to what it says, whenever you want them
- Cancel by text, any month, no exit fee
Who runs it
You are hiring me, not a company.
I am Roman. I build these in Cardiff and I look after every one of them myself. When you want the greeting changed, you text me and it is changed that day, not logged as a ticket.
I keep the list of clients small on purpose. That is the whole reason the five-day promise holds.

Straight answers
The things people ask before saying yes.
Will my customers know it is not a person?
It sounds natural, and if anyone asks it says plainly that it is software and offers to put them through to you. Pretending otherwise is how you lose a regular.
What happens if it cannot answer something?
It takes the details, says you will ring back, and sends you the message straight away. It never invents a price or a slot it is not sure about.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays yours. Calls forward to the receptionist either always, or only when you do not pick up in a few rings. You choose which.
I am not technical. Is there an app to learn?
There is nothing to install. Bookings land in the calendar you already use, and the notes arrive as messages on your phone.
What if I hate it?
The first month is free and there is no contract. You text me to stop and it stops. You will not have paid anything.
How many calls does it cover?
All of them. The ninety-nine a month does not move with call volume, and there is no per-minute charge.
Try it before you talk to me
Ring the number. It will pick up before you finish reading this.
No form, no demo booking, no sales call in your diary. Ask it about prices, try to trip it up, hang up on it. Then decide.
